A little about our founder Ms. Shirley Tan from @miraclemo_sg and @kneadtoinspire
She is a professional international instructor, who has over the last four years conducted more than 1,000 classes and training sessions in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Vietnam, Beijing, Shanghai, ShenZhen and Shenyang. She specializes in Modeling Food Art, which includes Cartoon Character Chinese Steambun, Tang Yuan, Ang Ku Kueh, and more.
After founding “Knead to Inspire” in 2018, Ms. Shirley went on to win her first gold medal at the 2019 Korea International Artisan Festival competition held in the following year.
Since then, she has been invited to be the judge for several international competitions such as the 2021 Belgium Tourism and Gastronomy Festival.
